Genesis 29:3（NIV）When all the flocks were gathered there, the shepherds would roll the stone away from the well's mouth and water the sheep. Then they would return the stone to its place over the mouth of the well.

Genesis 29:7（NIV）"Look," he said, "the sun is still high; it is not time for the flocks to be gathered. Water the sheep and take them back to pasture."

Genesis 29:8（NIV）"We can't," they replied, "until all the flocks are gathered and the stone has been rolled away from the mouth of the well. Then we will water the sheep."

Genesis 29:15（KJV）And Laban said unto Jacob, Because thou art my brother, shouldest thou therefore serve me for nought? tell me, what shall thy wages be?

Genesis 29:15（NIV）Laban said to him, "Just because you are a relative of mine, should you work for me for nothing? Tell me what your wages should be."

Genesis 29:25（KJV）And it came to pass, that in the morning, behold, it was Leah: and he said to Laban, What is this thou hast done unto me? did not I serve with thee for Rachel? wherefore then hast thou beguiled me?

Genesis 29:25（NIV）When morning came, there was Leah! So Jacob said to Laban, "What is this you have done to me? I served you for Rachel, didn't I? Why have you deceived me?"

創29:26（UCV）拉班說：「大女兒還沒有給人，先把小女兒給人，在我們這地方沒有這規矩。

Genesis 29:32（KJV）And Leah conceived, and bare a son, and she called his name Reuben: for she said, Surely the LORD hath looked upon my affliction; now therefore my husband will love me.

Genesis 29:32（NIV）Leah became pregnant and gave birth to a son. She named him Reuben, for she said, "It is because the LORD has seen my misery. Surely my husband will love me now."

創29:33（UCV）她又懷孕生子，就說：「耶和華因為聽見我失寵，所以又賜給我這個兒子。」於是給他起名叫西緬〔就是『聽見』的意思〕。

Genesis 29:33（KJV）And she conceived again, and bare a son; and said, Because the LORD hath heard that I was hated, he hath therefore given me this son also: and she called his name Simeon.

Genesis 29:33（NIV）She conceived again, and when she gave birth to a son she said, "Because the LORD heard that I am not loved, he gave me this one too." So she named him Simeon.

創29:34（UCV）她又懷孕生子，起名叫利未〔就是『聯合』的意思〕，說、「我給丈夫生了三個兒子，他必與我聯合。」

Genesis 29:34（KJV）And she conceived again, and bare a son; and said, Now this time will my husband be joined unto me, because I have born him three sons: therefore was his name called Levi.

Genesis 29:34（NIV）Again she conceived, and when she gave birth to a son she said, "Now at last my husband will become attached to me, because I have borne him three sons." So he was named Levi.

創29:35（UCV）他又懷孕生子，說：「這回我要讚美耶和華。」因此給他起名叫猶大〔就是『讚美』的意思〕。這才停了生育。

創29:35（NCV）她又懷孕，生了一個兒子，就說：「這一次，我要讚美耶和華了。」因此給孩子起名叫猶大。這樣，她才停止了生育。

創29:35（CLV）後來，利亞再次懷孕，生下的也是兒子，她讚美上帝說：「現在我真要讚美上帝了！」於是她給兒子起名叫猶大，就是讚美的意思，生了猶大以後，利亞就停止生育了。

Genesis 29:35（KJV）And she conceived again, and bare a son: and she said, Now will I praise the LORD: therefore she called his name Judah; and left bearing.

Genesis 29:35（NIV）She conceived again, and when she gave birth to a son she said, "This time I will praise the LORD." So she named him Judah. Then she stopped having children.
