Genesis 41:1（KJV）And it came to pass at the end of two full years, that Pharaoh dreamed: and, behold, he stood by the river.

Genesis 41:3（KJV）And, behold, seven other kine came up after them out of the river, ill favoured and leanfleshed; and stood by the other kine upon the brink of the river.

Genesis 41:3（NIV）After them, seven other cows, ugly and gaunt, came up out of the Nile and stood beside those on the riverbank.

創41:4（UCV）這又醜陋，又乾瘦的七隻母牛，吃盡了那又美好，又肥壯的七隻母牛。法老就醒了。

創41:4（NCV）這些醜陋瘦弱的母牛，竟把那些健美肥壯的母牛吃掉，法老就醒了。

創41:4（CLV）後來，瘦弱的牛還吃掉了肥壯的牛，就在這時候，法老醒了過來。

Genesis 41:4（KJV）And the ill favoured and leanfleshed kine did eat up the seven well favoured and fat kine. So Pharaoh awoke.

Genesis 41:4（NIV） And the cows that were ugly and gaunt ate up the seven sleek, fat cows. Then Pharaoh woke up.

Genesis 41:5（KJV）And he slept and dreamed the second time: and, behold, seven ears of corn came up upon one stalk, rank and good.

Genesis 41:5（NIV）He fell asleep again and had a second dream: Seven heads of grain, healthy and good, were growing on a single stalk.

創41:6（UCV）隨後又長了七個穗子，又細弱，又被東風吹焦了。

創41:6（NCV）接著，又長出七個麥穗，又乾瘦，又被東風吹焦了。

創41:6（CLV）可是，後來這棵麥子上面又多長了七個枯瘦乾癟的穗子，經東風一吹就枯焦了；

Genesis 41:6（KJV）And, behold, seven thin ears and blasted with the east wind sprung up after them.

Genesis 41:6（NIV）After them, seven other heads of grain sprouted--thin and scorched by the east wind.

創41:7（UCV）這細弱的穗子，吞了那七個又肥大，又飽滿的穗子。法老醒了，不料是個夢。

創41:7（NCV）這些乾疲的麥穗，竟把那七個又肥壯，又飽滿的麥穗吞下去，法老就醒了，原來是一個夢。

創41:7（CLV）然而，這七個瘦瘠的穗子卻吞食了那七個飽滿的穗子！法老醒過來，才發覺原來是一場夢。

Genesis 41:7（KJV）And the seven thin ears devoured the seven rank and full ears. And Pharaoh awoke, and, behold, it was a dream.

Genesis 41:7（NIV）The thin heads of grain swallowed up the seven healthy, full heads. Then Pharaoh woke up; it had been a dream.

創41:8（UCV）到了早晨，法老心裡不安，就差人召了埃及所有的術士，和博士來；法老就把所作的夢告訴他們，卻沒有人能給法老圓解。

創41:8（NCV）到了早晨，法老心裡煩亂，就派人去把埃及所有的術士，和智慧人都召了來；法老把自己的夢告訴他們，但是沒有人能替法老解夢。

創41:8（CLV）這兩個夢一直困擾著法老，第二天早上，他就召集了埃及所有的術士和博學之士，把夢境告訴他們，可是，卻沒有一個人懂得解釋這兩個夢的意思。

Genesis 41:8（KJV）And it came to pass in the morning that his spirit was troubled; and he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt, and all the wise men thereof: and Pharaoh told them his dream; but there was none that could interpret them unto Pharaoh.

Genesis 41:8（NIV）In the morning his mind was troubled, so he sent for all the magicians and wise men of Egypt. Pharaoh told them his dreams, but no one could interpret them for him.

Genesis 41:9（KJV）Then spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults this day:

Genesis 41:9（NIV） Then the chief cupbearer said to Pharaoh, "Today I am reminded of my shortcomings.

創41:10（UCV）從前法老惱怒臣僕，把我和膳長下在護衛長府內的監裡。

Genesis 41:10（KJV）Pharaoh was wroth with his servants, and put me in ward in the captain of the guard's house, both me and the chief baker:

Genesis 41:10（NIV） Pharaoh was once angry with his servants, and he imprisoned me and the chief baker in the house of the captain of the guard.

創41:11（UCV）我們二人同夜各作一夢，各夢都有講解。

創41:11（NCV）我們二人在同一夜都作了夢；我們的夢各有不同的解釋。

創41:11（CLV）一天晚上，我們分別做了一個夢。

Genesis 41:11（KJV）And we dreamed a dream in one night, I and he; we dreamed each man according to the interpretation of his dream.

Genesis 41:11（NIV）Each of us had a dream the same night, and each dream had a meaning of its own.

創41:12（UCV）在那裡同著我們有一個希伯來的少年人，是護衛長的僕人，我們告訴他，他就把我們的夢圓解，是按著各人的夢圓解的。

創41:12（NCV）在那裡有一個希伯來的少年人與我們在一起，他是軍長的僕人，我們把夢告訴了他，他就替我們解夢，各人的夢有不同的解釋。

Genesis 41:12（KJV）And there was there with us a young man, an Hebrew, servant to the captain of the guard; and we told him, and he interpreted to us our dreams; to each man according to his dream he did interpret.

Genesis 41:12（NIV）Now a young Hebrew was there with us, a servant of the captain of the guard. We told him our dreams, and he interpreted them for us, giving each man the interpretation of his dream.

創41:13（UCV）後來正如他給我們圓解的成就了；我官復原職，膳長被掛起來了。」

創41:13（NCV）結果，事情都照著他給我們的解釋實現了：我恢復了原職，膳長卻被掛起來。」

創41:13（CLV）後來，他為我們講解的都應驗了；我恢復了侍酒總管的職位，而膳食總管就被掛在木頭上處死了。」

Genesis 41:13（KJV）And it came to pass, as he interpreted to us, so it was; me he restored unto mine office, and him he hanged.

Genesis 41:13（NIV）And things turned out exactly as he interpreted them to us: I was restored to my position, and the other man was hanged."

創41:14（UCV）法老遂即差人去召約瑟，他們便急忙帶他出監，他就剃頭，刮臉，換衣裳，進到法老面前。

創41:14（NCV）法老於是派人去召約瑟。他們就急忙把約瑟從監裡帶出來。他剃了頭，刮了臉，換了衣服，就進去見法老。

創41:14（CLV）於是，法老就立刻召見約瑟，他們急忙釋放約瑟，給他剃頭刮臉，更換衣服，然後把他帶到法老面前。

Genesis 41:14（KJV）Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon: and he shaved himself, and changed his raiment, and came in unto Pharaoh.

Genesis 41:14（NIV）So Pharaoh sent for Joseph, and he was quickly brought from the dungeon. When he had shaved and changed his clothes, he came before Pharaoh.

創41:15（UCV）法老對約瑟說：「我作了一夢，沒有人能解；我聽見人說，你聽了夢就能解。」

創41:15（NCV）法老對約瑟說：「我作了一個夢，沒有人能夠解釋。我聽見人說，你聽了夢，就能解釋。」

創41:15（CLV）法老對約瑟說：「我昨夜做了一個夢，卻沒有人能為我解夢。我聽說你懂得解夢，所以就把你召來了。」

Genesis 41:15（KJV）And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I have dreamed a dream, and there is none that can interpret it: and I have heard say of thee, that thou canst understand a dream to interpret it.

Genesis 41:15（NIV）Pharaoh said to Joseph, "I had a dream, and no one can interpret it. But I have heard it said of you that when you hear a dream you can interpret it."

創41:16（UCV）約瑟回答法老說：「這不在乎我，　神必將平安的話回答法老。」

創41:16（NCV）約瑟回答法老，說：「解夢不在於我，但　神必給法老一個吉祥的解答。」

創41:16（CLV）「我自己是不會解夢的，但上帝卻能為你解釋一切。」約瑟回答說。

Genesis 41:16（KJV）And Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, It is not in me: God shall give Pharaoh an answer of peace.

Genesis 41:16（NIV）"I cannot do it," Joseph replied to Pharaoh, "but God will give Pharaoh the answer he desires."

創41:17（UCV）法老對約瑟說：「我夢見我站在河邊，

創41:17（NCV）法老告訴約瑟：「在夢裡我看見我站在河邊。

創41:17（CLV）於是法老就對約瑟講述他的兩個夢：「我夢見自己站在尼羅河邊，

Genesis 41:17（KJV）And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, In my dream, behold, I stood upon the bank of the river:

Genesis 41:17（NIV）Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, "In my dream I was standing on the bank of the Nile,

創41:18（UCV）有七隻母牛從河裡上來，又肥壯，又美好，在蘆荻中吃草。

創41:18（NCV）有七頭母牛從河裡上來，又肥壯，又健美，在蘆葦中吃草。

Genesis 41:18（KJV）And, behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fatfleshed and well favoured; and they fed in a meadow:

Genesis 41:18（NIV）when out of the river there came up seven cows, fat and sleek, and they grazed among the reeds.

創41:19（UCV）隨後又有七隻母牛上來，又軟弱，又醜陋又乾瘦，在埃及遍地，我沒有見過這樣不好的。

Genesis 41:19（KJV）And, behold, seven other kine came up after them, poor and very ill favoured and leanfleshed, such as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for badness:

Genesis 41:19（NIV）After them, seven other cows came up--scrawny and very ugly and lean. I had never seen such ugly cows in all the land of Egypt.

創41:20（UCV）這又乾瘦，又醜陋的母牛，吃盡了那以先的七隻肥母牛，

創41:20（NCV）這又消瘦，又醜陋的母牛，竟把先前七頭肥壯的母牛吃掉。

創41:20（CLV）這些瘦牛還吃掉那七頭先從河裡上來的肥牛。

Genesis 41:20（KJV）And the lean and the ill favoured kine did eat up the first seven fat kine:

Genesis 41:20（NIV）The lean, ugly cows ate up the seven fat cows that came up first.

創41:21（UCV）吃了以後卻看不出是吃了，那醜陋的樣子乃舊和先前一樣。我就醒了。

創41:21（NCV）牠們吃了以後，卻看不出牠們是吃掉了肥牛，因為牠們醜陋的樣子仍是與先前一樣。我就醒了。

創41:21（CLV）可是，他們雖然吃飽了，卻仍然是那麼醜陋那麼瘦！然後，我就醒過來了。

Genesis 41:21（KJV）And when they had eaten them up, it could not be known that they had eaten them; but they were still ill favoured, as at the beginning. So I awoke.

Genesis 41:21（NIV）But even after they ate them, no one could tell that they had done so; they looked just as ugly as before. Then I woke up.

創41:22（UCV）我又夢見一棵麥子，長了七個穗子，又飽滿，又佳美。

創41:22（NCV）在夢裡我又看見一根麥莖，長出七個麥穗，又飽滿，又美好。

創41:22（CLV）過了不久，我又做了第二個夢：我看見一棵麥子，上面長了七個非常飽滿的穗子；

Genesis 41:22（KJV）And I saw in my dream, and, behold, seven ears came up in one stalk, full and good:

Genesis 41:22（NIV）"In my dreams I also saw seven heads of grain, full and good, growing on a single stalk.

創41:23（UCV）隨後又長了七個穗子，枯槁細弱，被東風吹焦了。

創41:23（NCV）接著，又長出了七個麥穗，又枯乾，又乾瘦又被東風吹焦了。

創41:23（CLV）後來，在同一棵麥子上又長出七個枯槁瘦瘠的穗子，

Genesis 41:23（KJV）And, behold, seven ears, withered, thin, and blasted with the east wind, sprung up after them:

Genesis 41:23（NIV）After them, seven other heads sprouted--withered and thin and scorched by the east wind.

創41:24（UCV）這些細弱的穗子，吞了那七個佳美的穗子。我將這夢告訴了術士，卻沒有人能給我解說。」

創41:24（NCV）這些乾瘦的麥穗，竟把那七個美好的麥穗吞下去。我把夢告訴了術士，但是沒有人能替我解答。」

創41:24（CLV）那瘦瘠的穗子竟然把那些飽滿的穗子都吞了。我把這兩個夢都告訴了我的術士，可是他們卻沒有一個能為我解說。」

Genesis 41:24（KJV）And the thin ears devoured the seven good ears: and I told this unto the magicians; but there was none that could declare it to me.

Genesis 41:24（NIV）The thin heads of grain swallowed up the seven good heads. I told this to the magicians, but none could explain it to me."

創41:25（UCV）【約瑟為法老解夢】約瑟對法老說：「法老的夢乃是一個。　神已將所要作的事指示法老了。

創41:25（NCV）【約瑟為法老解夢】約瑟對法老說：「法老的夢都是同一個意思，　神已經把所要作的事告訴法老了。

創41:25（CLV）約瑟對法老說：「這兩個夢都是同一個意思：上帝要藉著夢境告訴你快要在埃及發生的事情。

Genesis 41:25（KJV）And Joseph said unto Pharaoh, The dream of Pharaoh is one: God hath shewed Pharaoh what he is about to do.

Genesis 41:25（NIV） Then Joseph said to Pharaoh, "The dreams of Pharaoh are one and the same. God has revealed to Pharaoh what he is about to do.

創41:26（UCV）七隻好母牛是七年，七個好穗子也是七年；這夢乃是一個。

創41:26（NCV）七頭美好的母牛是七年，七個美好的麥穗也是七年；兩個夢都是同一個意思。

創41:26（CLV）七頭肥牛跟七個飽滿的穗子都是代表七年的豐收。

Genesis 41:26（KJV）The seven good kine are seven years; and the seven good ears are seven years: the dream is one.

Genesis 41:26（NIV）The seven good cows are seven years, and the seven good heads of grain are seven years; it is one and the same dream.

創41:27（UCV）那隨後上來的七隻又乾瘦，又醜陋的母牛是七年；那七個虛空、被東風吹焦的穗子也是七年，都是七個荒年。

創41:27（NCV）那接著上來的七頭又消瘦，又醜陋的母牛是七年，那七個不結實、被東風吹焦了的麥穗也是七年，都是七年饑荒。

創41:27（CLV）七頭瘦牛和七個枯槁的穗子卻代表隨著七年豐收以後的七年饑荒。

Genesis 41:27（KJV）And the seven thin and ill favoured kine that came up after them are seven years; and the seven empty ears blasted with the east wind shall be seven years of famine.

Genesis 41:27（NIV）The seven lean, ugly cows that came up afterward are seven years, and so are the seven worthless heads of grain scorched by the east wind: They are seven years of famine.

創41:28（UCV）這就是我對法老所說，　神已將所要作的事顯明給法老了。

創41:28（NCV）這就是我對法老所說：　神要作的事，他已經向法老顯明了。

創41:28（CLV）上帝已經把祂要做的事情告訴你了：

Genesis 41:28（KJV）This is the thing which I have spoken unto Pharaoh: What God is about to do he sheweth unto Pharaoh.

Genesis 41:28（NIV）"It is just as I said to Pharaoh: God has shown Pharaoh what he is about to do.

創41:29（UCV）埃及遍地必來七個大豐年，

創41:29（NCV）看哪，埃及全地必有七年大豐收。

創41:29（CLV）埃及快有七年大豐收，

Genesis 41:29（KJV）Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt:

Genesis 41:29（NIV）Seven years of great abundance are coming throughout the land of Egypt,

創41:30（UCV）隨後又要來七個荒年，甚至在埃及地都忘了先前的豐收，全地必被饑荒所滅。

創41:30（NCV）接著又必有七年饑荒；甚至埃及地所有的豐收都被人忘記了，饑荒必把這地毀滅。

創41:30（CLV）但隨後而來的七年饑荒也足可以毀滅埃及，災情之嚴重甚至會使人們記不起從前有過的豐收了，

Genesis 41:30（KJV）And there shall arise after them seven years of famine; and all the plenty shall be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine shall consume the land;

Genesis 41:30（NIV）but seven years of famine will follow them. Then all the abundance in Egypt will be forgotten, and the famine will ravage the land.

創41:31（UCV）因那以後的饑荒甚大，便不覺得先前的豐收了。

創41:31（NCV）因為接著而來的饑荒太嚴重了，使人不覺得這地有過豐收。

創41:31（CLV）那饑荒非常可怕，就是以前有過的豐收，也要一掃而空。

Genesis 41:31（KJV）And the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of that famine following; for it shall be very grievous.

Genesis 41:31（NIV）The abundance in the land will not be remembered, because the famine that follows it will be so severe.

創41:32（UCV）至於法老兩回作夢，是因　神命定這事，而且必速速成就。

創41:32（NCV）至於法老兩次作夢，是因為　神己經命定這事，並且要快快地實行。

創41:32（CLV）陛下的夢重複了兩次，目的是要表示上帝的心意已經決定了，而且這些事情也必定快要成就了。

Genesis 41:32（KJV）And for that the dream was doubled unto Pharaoh twice; it is because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.

Genesis 41:32（NIV）The reason the dream was given to Pharaoh in two forms is that the matter has been firmly decided by God, and God will do it soon.

創41:33（UCV）所以法老當揀選一個有聰明有智慧的人，派他治理埃及地。

創41:33（NCV）因此，法老要找一個有見識有智慧的人，派他管理埃及地。

創41:33（CLV）希望陛下可以選到一個精明的人，派他治理埃及，

Genesis 41:33（KJV）Now therefore let Pharaoh look out a man discreet and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt.

Genesis 41:33（NIV）"And now let Pharaoh look for a discerning and wise man and put him in charge of the land of Egypt.

創41:34（UCV）法老當這樣行，又派官員管理這地。當七個豐年的時候，征收埃及地的五分之一，

創41:34（NCV）法老要這樣行，在國中指派官員，當七年豐收的時候，徵收埃及地出產的五分之一。

創41:34（CLV）此外，陛下也可以在各地委派官員負責在快要來臨的七年豐收期內，徵收全國出產的五分之一；又把在豐年收集得來的糧食，積蓄起來，藏在各城的國家倉庫裡面，

Genesis 41:34（KJV）Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint officers over the land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt in the seven plenteous years.

Genesis 41:34（NIV） Let Pharaoh appoint commissioners over the land to take a fifth of the harvest of Egypt during the seven years of abundance.

創41:35（UCV）叫他們把將來豐年一切的糧食聚斂起來，積蓄五穀，收存在各城裡作食物，歸於法老的手下。

創41:35（NCV）又叫他們把將要來的七個豐年的糧食收集起來，積蓄五穀歸在法老的手下，收在各城裡作糧食。

Genesis 41:35（KJV）And let them gather all the food of those good years that come, and lay up corn under the hand of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities.

Genesis 41:35（NIV）They should collect all the food of these good years that are coming and store up the grain under the authority of Pharaoh, to be kept in the cities for food.

創41:36（UCV）所積蓄的糧食，可以防備埃及地將來的七個荒年，免得這地被饑荒所滅。」

創41:36（NCV）這些糧食要儲存起來，可以應付將來埃及地的七個饑荒，免得這地被饑荒所滅。」

創41:36（CLV）留作七年饑荒所需用的糧食；這樣，埃及這地就可逃過饑荒之禍了。」

Genesis 41:36（KJV）And that food shall be for store to the land against the seven years of famine, which shall be in the land of Egypt; that the land perish not through the famine.

Genesis 41:36（NIV）This food should be held in reserve for the country, to be used during the seven years of famine that will come upon Egypt, so that the country may not be ruined by the famine."

創41:37（UCV）【法老立約瑟為埃及宰相】法老和他一切臣僕，都以這事為妙。

創41:37（NCV）【約瑟在埃及居高位】法老和他的臣僕，都贊同這件事。

創41:37（CLV）法老和他的臣僕都非常贊同約瑟的建議。

Genesis 41:37（KJV）And the thing was good in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of all his servants.

Genesis 41:37（NIV）The plan seemed good to Pharaoh and to all his officials.

創41:38（UCV）法老對臣僕說：「像這樣的人，有　神的靈在他裡頭，我們豈能找得著呢？」

創41:38（NCV）於是法老對臣僕說：「像這樣的人，有　神的靈在他裡面，我們怎能找得著呢﹖」

創41:38（CLV）他們正在討論誰是承擔這重任的最佳人選的時候，法老就對他們說：「像約瑟這樣被上帝的靈充滿的人，我們還能到哪裡去找呢？」

Genesis 41:38（KJV）And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?

Genesis 41:38（NIV）So Pharaoh asked them, "Can we find anyone like this man, one in whom is the spirit of God?"

創41:39（UCV）法老對約瑟說：「　神既將這事都指示你，可見沒有人像你這樣有聰明有智慧。

創41:39（NCV）法老對約瑟說：「　神既然把這事指示了你，就再沒有人像你這樣有見識有智慧了。

創41:39（CLV）法老就轉過來對約瑟說：「上帝既然把夢的意思指示給你，埃及境內哪裡還有比你更精明的人呢？

Genesis 41:39（KJV）And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art:

Genesis 41:39（NIV）Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, "Since God has made all this known to you, there is no one so discerning and wise as you.

Genesis 41:40（KJV）Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou.

Genesis 41:40（NIV）You shall be in charge of my palace, and all my people are to submit to your orders. Only with respect to the throne will I be greater than you."

創41:41（UCV）法老又對約瑟說：「我派你治理埃及全地。」

Genesis 41:41（KJV）And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt.

Genesis 41:41（NIV）【Joseph in Charge of Egypt】 So Pharaoh said to Joseph, "I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt."

創41:42（UCV）法老就摘下手上打印的戒子，戴在約瑟的手上，給他穿上細麻衣，把金鏈戴在他的頸項上。

Genesis 41:42（KJV）And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph's hand, and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen, and put a gold chain about his neck;

Genesis 41:42（NIV）Then Pharaoh took his signet ring from his finger and put it on Joseph's finger. He dressed him in robes of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck.

創41:43（UCV）又叫約瑟坐他的副車，喝道的在前呼叫說：「跪下！」這樣，法老派他治理埃及全地。

Genesis 41:43（KJV）And he made him to ride in the second chariot which he had; and they cried before him, Bow the knee: and he made him ruler over all the land of Egypt.

Genesis 41:43（NIV）He had him ride in a chariot as his second-in-command, and men shouted before him, "Make way!" Thus he put him in charge of the whole land of Egypt.

創41:44（UCV）法老對約瑟說：「我是法老，在埃及全地，若沒有你的命令，不許人擅自辦事〔原文作『動手動腳』〕。」

Genesis 41:44（KJV）And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, I am Pharaoh, and without thee shall no man lift up his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt.

Genesis 41:44（NIV）Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, "I am Pharaoh, but without your word no one will lift hand or foot in all Egypt."

創41:45（UCV）法老賜名給約瑟，叫撒發那忒巴內亞，又將安城的祭司波提非拉的女兒，亞西納給他為妻。約瑟就出去巡行埃及地。

Genesis 41:45（KJV）And Pharaoh called Joseph's name Zaphnathpaaneah; and he gave him to wife Asenath the daughter of Potipherah priest of On. And Joseph went out over all the land of Egypt.

Genesis 41:45（NIV）Pharaoh gave Joseph the name Zaphenath-Paneah and gave him Asenath daughter of Potiphera, priest of On, to be his wife. And Joseph went throughout the land of Egypt.

Genesis 41:46（KJV） And Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharaoh, and went throughout all the land of Egypt.

Genesis 41:46（NIV）Joseph was thirty years old when he entered the service of Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from Pharaoh's presence and traveled throughout Egypt.

Genesis 41:47（KJV）And in the seven plenteous years the earth brought forth by handfuls.

創41:48（UCV）約瑟聚斂埃及地七個豐年一切的糧食，把糧食積存在各城裡；各城周圍田地的糧食，都積存在本城裡。

Genesis 41:48（KJV）And he gathered up all the food of the seven years, which were in the land of Egypt, and laid up the food in the cities: the food of the field, which was round about every city, laid he up in the same.

Genesis 41:48（NIV）Joseph collected all the food produced in those seven years of abundance in Egypt and stored it in the cities. In each city he put the food grown in the fields surrounding it.

創41:49（UCV）約瑟積蓄五穀甚多，如同海邊的沙，無法計算，因為穀不可勝數。

Genesis 41:49（KJV）And Joseph gathered corn as the sand of the sea, very much, until he left numbering; for it was without number.

Genesis 41:49（NIV）Joseph stored up huge quantities of grain, like the sand of the sea; it was so much that he stopped keeping records because it was beyond measure.

Genesis 41:52（KJV）And the name of the second called he Ephraim: For God hath caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction.

Genesis 41:52（NIV）The second son he named Ephraim and said, "It is because God has made me fruitful in the land of my suffering."

Genesis 41:54（NIV）and the seven years of famine began, just as Joseph had said. There was famine in all the other lands, but in the whole land of Egypt there was food.

Genesis 41:55（KJV）And when all the land of Egypt was famished, the people cried to Pharaoh for bread: and Pharaoh said unto all the Egyptians, Go unto Joseph; what he saith to you, do.

Genesis 41:55（NIV）When all Egypt began to feel the famine, the people cried to Pharaoh for food. Then Pharaoh told all the Egyptians, "Go to Joseph and do what he tells you."

創41:56（UCV）當時，饑荒遍滿天下，約瑟開了各處的倉，糶糧給埃及人；在埃及地饑荒甚大。

Genesis 41:56（KJV）And the famine was over all the face of the earth: And Joseph opened all the storehouses, and sold unto the Egyptians; and the famine waxed sore in the land of Egypt.

Genesis 41:56（NIV）When the famine had spread over the whole country, Joseph opened the storehouses and sold grain to the Egyptians, for the famine was severe throughout Egypt.
