Exodus 4:1（KJV）And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The LORD hath not appeared unto thee.

Exodus 4:2（KJV）And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.

出4:3（UCV）耶和華說：「丟在地上。」他一丟下去，就變作蛇，摩西便跑開。

Exodus 4:3（KJV）And he said,Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it.

Exodus 4:3（NIV）The LORD said,"Throw it on the ground." Moses threw it on the ground and it became a snake, and he ran from it.

出4:4（UCV）耶和華對摩西說：「伸出手來拿住牠的尾巴，牠必在你手中仍變為杖。

出4:4（NCV）耶和華對摩西說：「伸出你的手來，捉住蛇的尾巴。」摩西就伸出手來，緊握著牠，牠在摩西的掌中又變回了手杖。

Exodus 4:4（KJV）And the LORD said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:

Exodus 4:4（NIV）Then the LORD said to him, "Reach out your hand and take it by the tail." So Moses reached out and took hold of the snake and it turned back into a staff in his hand.

Exodus 4:5（NIV）"This," said the LORD, "is so that they may believe that the LORD, the God of their fathers--the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob--has appeared to you."

Exodus 4:6（KJV）And the LORD said furthermore unto him,Put now thine hand into thy bosom. And he put his hand into his bosom: and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous as snow.

Exodus 4:6（NIV）Then the LORD said,"Put your hand inside your cloak." So Moses put his hand into his cloak, and when he took it out, it was leprous, like snow.

出4:7（UCV）耶和華說：「再把手放在懷裡。」他就再把手放在懷裡，及至從懷裡抽出來，不料，手已經復原，與周身的肉一樣。

出4:7（NCV）耶和華說：「把你的手再放進懷裡。」摩西就把手再放進懷裡；等他把手從懷裡抽出來的時候，手就恢復過來，像身上別處的肉一樣。

Exodus 4:7（KJV）And he said,Put thine hand into thy bosom again. And he put his hand into his bosom again; and plucked it out of his bosom, and, behold, it was turned again as his other flesh.

Exodus 4:7（NIV）"Now put it back into your cloak," he said. So Moses put his hand back into his cloak, and when he took it out, it was restored, like the rest of his flesh.

出4:8（UCV）又說：「倘或他們不聽你的話，也不信頭一個神蹟，他們必信第二個神蹟。

出4:8（NCV）耶和華又說：「如果他們不信你，也不聽從頭一個神蹟的話，他們必信隨後來的神蹟。

Exodus 4:8（KJV）And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe thee, neither hearken to the voice of the first sign, that they will believe the voice of the latter sign.

Exodus 4:8（NIV）Then the LORD said, "If they do not believe you or pay attention to the first miraculous sign, they may believe the second.

Exodus 4:9（KJV）And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour it upon the dry land: and the water which thou takest out of the river shall become blood upon the dry land.

Exodus 4:9（NIV）But if they do not believe these two signs or listen to you, take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground. The water you take from the river will become blood on the ground."

Exodus 4:10（KJV）And Moses said unto the LORD, O my LORD, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.

Exodus 4:10（NIV）Moses said to the LORD, "O Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue."

出4:11（UCV）耶和華對他說：「誰造人的口呢？誰使人口啞、耳聾、目明、眼瞎呢？豈不是我耶和華麼？

Exodus 4:11（NIV）The LORD said to him, "Who gave man his mouth? Who makes him deaf or mute? Who gives him sight or makes him blind? Is it not I, the LORD?

Exodus 4:14（KJV）And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite thy brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart.

Exodus 4:14（NIV）Then the LORD'S anger burned against Moses and he said, "What about your brother, Aaron the Levite? I know he can speak well. He is already on his way to meet you, and his heart will be glad when he sees you.

Exodus 4:15（KJV）And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do.

Exodus 4:18（NIV）【Moses Returns to Egypt】Then Moses went back to Jethro his father-in-law and said to him, "Let me go back to my own people in Egypt to see if any of them are still alive." Jethro said, "Go, and I wish you well."

Exodus 4:21（KJV）And the LORD said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those wonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine hand: but I will harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go.

Exodus 4:21（NIV）The LORD said to Moses, "When you return to Egypt, see that you perform before Pharaoh all the wonders I have given you the power to do. But I will harden his heart so that he will not let the people go.

Exodus 4:25（NIV）But Zipporah took a flint knife, cut off her son's foreskin and touched Moses'feet with it. "Surely you are a bridegroom of blood to me," she said.
