民11:1（UCV）【以色列民發怨言】眾百姓發怨言，他們的惡語達到耶和華的耳中。耶和華聽見了，就怒氣發作，使火在他們中間焚燒，直燒到營的邊界。

民11:1（NCV）【人民沿途埋怨，惹怒耶和華】人民發怨言，惡聲達到耶和華的耳中；耶和華聽見了，就發烈怒；耶和華的火就在他們中間焚燒，燒毀了營地的邊界。

民11:1（CLV）當時民眾怨聲載道，他們抱怨的聲音傳到主的耳中，便觸發起祂的憤怒，於是就有主的火在他們中間燒起來，燒毀了營盤邊陲部分的地方。

Numbers 11:1（KJV）And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.

Numbers 11:1（NIV）【Fire From the LORD】Now the people complained about their hardships in the hearing of the LORD, and when he heard them his anger was aroused. Then fire from the LORD burned among them and consumed some of the outskirts of the camp.

民11:2（UCV）百姓向摩西哀求，摩西祈求耶和華，火就熄了。

民11:2（NCV）人民向摩西呼求，摩西懇求耶和華，火就熄了，

Numbers 11:2（KJV）And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the LORD, the fire was quenched.

民11:3（UCV）那地方便叫作他備拉，因為耶和華的火燒在他們中間。

Numbers 11:3（KJV）And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them.

Numbers 11:4（KJV）And the mixt multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?

Numbers 11:4（NIV）【Quail From the LORD】The rabble with them began to crave other food, and again the Israelites started wailing and said, "If only we had meat to eat!

民11:5（UCV）我們記得在埃及的時候，不花錢就吃魚，也記得有黃瓜、西瓜、韭菜、蔥、蒜。

民11:6（UCV）現在我們的心血枯竭了，除這嗎哪以外，在我們眼前並沒有別的東西。」

Numbers 11:6（KJV）But now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes.

Numbers 11:6（NIV）But now we have lost our appetite; we never see anything but this manna!"

民11:7（UCV）這嗎哪彷彿芫荽子，又好像珍珠。

Numbers 11:7（KJV）And the manna was as coriander seed, and the colour thereof as the colour of bdellium.

Numbers 11:7（NIV）The manna was like coriander seed and looked like resin.

民11:8（UCV）百姓周圍行走，把嗎哪收起來，或用磨推，或用臼搗，煮在鍋中，又作成餅，滋味好像新油。

民11:8（NCV）人民走來走去，把嗎哪收起來，或用磨磨碎，或用臼搗碎，或用鍋煮，或作成餅，它的滋味好像油餅的滋味。

Numbers 11:8（KJV）And the people went about, and gathered it, and ground it in mills, or beat it in a mortar, and baked it in pans, and made cakes of it: and the taste of it was as the taste of fresh oil.

Numbers 11:8（NIV）The people went around gathering it, and then ground it in a handmill or crushed it in a mortar. They cooked it in a pot or made it into cakes. And it tasted like something made with olive oil.

民11:9（UCV）夜間露水降在營中，嗎哪也隨著降下。

Numbers 11:9（KJV）And when the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell upon it.

民11:10（UCV）摩西聽見百姓各在各家的帳棚門口哭號，耶和華的怒氣便大發作，摩西就不喜悅。

Numbers 11:10（KJV）Then Moses heard the people weep throughout their families, every man in the door of his tent: and the anger of the LORD was kindled greatly; Moses also was displeased.

Numbers 11:10（NIV） Moses heard the people of every family wailing, each at the entrance to his tent. The LORD became exceedingly angry, and Moses was troubled.

民11:11（UCV）摩西對耶和華說：「你為何苦待僕人？我為何不在你眼前蒙恩，竟把這管理百姓的重任加在我身上呢？

民11:11（NCV）摩西對耶和華說：「你為甚麼苦待你的僕人，為甚麼我沒有在你面前蒙恩呢？竟把管理這人民的重擔全放在我身上呢﹖

民11:11（CLV）對主說：「主啊，你為甚麼這樣為難你的僕人呢？我有甚麼得罪了你，以致你要把這些人民的重擔全放在我身上呢？

Numbers 11:11（KJV）And Moses said unto the LORD, Wherefore hast thou afflicted thy servant? and wherefore have I not found favour in thy sight, that thou layest the burden of all this people upon me?

Numbers 11:11（NIV）He asked the LORD, "Why have you brought this trouble on your servant? What have I done to displease you that you put the burden of all these people on me?

民11:12（UCV）這百姓豈是我懷的胎，豈是我生下來的呢？你竟對我說：把他們抱在懷裏，如養育之父抱吃奶的孩子，直抱到你起誓應許給他們祖宗的地去。

民11:12（NCV）這人民豈是我懷的胎，豈是我生的嗎﹖你竟對我說：『把他們抱在懷裡，如養育之父抱吃奶的孩子，直抱到你起誓應許給他們們列祖的地方去。』

民11:12（CLV）難道他們是我的骨肉，是我所生的嗎？為甚麼你要我這樣的懷抱他們，像父親懷抱嬰孩一樣，直要我把他們抱進你應許賜給他們祖先的地方去呢？

Numbers 11:12（KJV）Have I conceived all this people? have I begotten them, that thou shouldest say unto me, Carry them in thy bosom, as a nursing father beareth the sucking child, unto the land which thou swarest unto their fathers?

Numbers 11:12（NIV）Did I conceive all these people? Did I give them birth? Why do you tell me to carry them in my arms, as a nurse carries an infant, to the land you promised on oath to their forefathers?

民11:13（UCV）我從那裏得肉給這百姓吃呢？他們都向我哭號說：『你給我們肉吃吧！』

民11:13（NCV）我從哪裡得肉給這人民吃呢﹖因為他們都向我哭著說：『你給我們肉吃吧！』

民11:13（CLV）現在他們都哭著哀求要吃肉，我到哪裡拿肉給他們吃呢？

Numbers 11:13（KJV）Whence should I have flesh to give unto all this people? for they weep unto me, saying, Give us flesh, that we may eat.

Numbers 11:13（NIV）Where can I get meat for all these people? They keep wailing to me, 'Give us meat to eat!'

民11:14（UCV）管理這百姓的責任太重了，我獨自擔當不起。

民11:14（NCV）我不能獨自擔當管理這人民的責任，因為實在太重了。

民11:14（CLV）管理民眾的責任實在是太重了，我一個人擔當不起啊。

Numbers 11:14（KJV）I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.

Numbers 11:14（NIV） I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me.

民11:15（UCV）你這樣待我，我若在你眼前蒙恩，求你立時將我殺了，不叫我見自己的苦情。」

民11:15（NCV）你既然這樣待我，如果我在你面前蒙恩，求你把我殺了，免得我見看自己的苦楚。」

民11:15（CLV）倘若你要繼續這樣對待我，就求你施恩，乾脆把我殺掉好了，我不願意眼巴巴地看著自己受苦啊！」

Numbers 11:15（KJV）And if thou deal thus with me, kill me, I pray thee, out of hand, if I have found favour in thy sight; and let me not see my wretchedness.

Numbers 11:15（NIV）If this is how you are going to treat me, put me to death right now--if I have found favor in your eyes--and do not let me face my own ruin."

民11:16（UCV）【選長老協助摩西】耶和華對摩西說：「你從以色列的長老中招聚七十個人，就是你所知道作百姓的長老和官長的，到我這裏來；領他們到會幕前，使他們和你一同站立。

民11:16（NCV）【耶和華叫摩西選立七十長老】耶和華對摩西說：「你要從以色列的長老中為我召聚七十個人，就是你認識的民間的長老和官長，領他們到會幕那裡，叫他們與你一同站在那裡。

民11:16（CLV）主說：「你從以色列的長老中選七十個你所認識的民間領袖，帶領他們到會幕前面來，跟你站在一起。

Numbers 11:16（KJV） And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.

Numbers 11:16（NIV）The LORD said to Moses: "Bring me seventy of Israel's elders who are known to you as leaders and officials among the people. Have them come to the Tent of Meeting, that they may stand there with you.

民11:17（UCV）我要在那裏降臨與你說話，也要把降於你身上的靈分賜他們；他們就和你同當這管百姓的重任，免得你獨自擔當。

民11:17（NCV）我要在那裡降臨，與你說話，也要把在你身上的靈，分給他們，他們就與你一同擔當這管人民的責任，免得你獨自擔當。

民11:17（CLV）我要在那裡降臨，向你們說話，我也要把降在你身上的靈也賜給他們，讓他們為你分擔管理民眾的責任，免得你獨力承擔。

Numbers 11:17（KJV）And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.

Numbers 11:17（NIV）I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take of the Spirit that is on you and put the Spirit on them. They will help you carry the burden of the people so that you will not have to carry it alone.

民11:18（UCV）又要對百姓說：『你們應當自潔，預備明天吃肉，因為你們哭號說：誰給我們肉吃！我們在埃及很好。這聲音達到了耶和華的耳中，所以祂必給你們肉吃。

民11:18（NCV）你要對人民說：『你們應當自潔，預備明天可以吃肉，因為你們哭著向耶和華說：「誰給我們肉吃呢？」所以耶和華必給你們肉吃。

民11:18（CLV）你也要去叮囑民眾，叫他們潔淨自己，成為聖潔，到明天就會有肉可吃。因為他們哀求肉食，埋怨說在埃及的時候比目前更好；因此，主就賜給他們肉吃，

Numbers 11:18（KJV）And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow, and ye shall eat flesh: for ye have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat? for it was well with us in Egypt: therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and ye shall eat.

Numbers 11:18（NIV）"Tell the people: 'Consecrate yourselves in preparation for tomorrow, when you will eat meat. The LORD heard you when you wailed, "If only we had meat to eat! We were better off in Egypt!" Now the LORD will give you meat, and you will eat it.

民11:19（UCV）你們不止吃一天、兩天、五天、十天、二十天，

民11:19（NCV）你們不是吃一天兩天，不是吃五天十天，也不是吃二十天，

Numbers 11:19（KJV）Ye shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days;

Numbers 11:19（NIV）You will not eat it for just one day, or two days, or five, ten or twenty days,

民11:20（UCV）要吃一個整月，甚至肉從你們鼻孔裏噴出來，使你們厭惡了，因為你們厭棄住在你們中間的耶和華，在他面前哭號說：我們為何出了埃及呢？』」

民11:20（NCV）而是吃一個整月，直到肉從你們的鼻孔裡噴出來，成為你們厭惡的東西；因為你們輕視了住在你們中間的耶和華，在他面前哭著說：「我們為甚麼出埃及呢？」』」

民11:20（CLV）而是要不斷地吃整整一個月，直到你們飽膩不堪，對肉食生厭為止。因為你們厭棄那位在你們中間的主，在祂面前哭泣訴苦，悔恨離開埃及。」

Numbers 11:20（KJV）But even a whole month, until it come out at your nostrils, and it be loathsome unto you: because that ye have despised the LORD which is among you, and have wept before him, saying, Why came we forth out of Egypt?

Numbers 11:20（NIV）but for a whole month--until it comes out of your nostrils and you loathe it--because you have rejected the LORD, who is among you, and have wailed before him, saying, "Why did we ever leave Egypt?" '"

民11:21（UCV）摩西對耶和華說：「這與我同住的百姓，步行的男人有六十萬，你還說：『我要把肉給他們，使他們可以吃一個整月。』

民11:21（NCV）摩西說：「這與我同住的人，能行的男人就有六十萬，你還說：『我要把他們肉吃，使他們可以吃一個整月。』

民11:21（CLV）摩西說：「以色列民眾之中，單是像我這樣強健的男子已經有六十萬，你說要給他們吃肉，還要連續吃一個月！

Numbers 11:21（KJV）And Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand footmen; and thou hast said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a whole month.

Numbers 11:21（NIV）But Moses said, "Here I am among six hundred thousand men on foot, and you say, 'I will give them meat to eat for a whole month!'

民11:22（UCV）難道給他們宰了羊群、牛群，或是把海中所有的魚都聚了來，就夠他們吃嗎？」

民11:22（NCV）難道把羊群，和牛群都給他們宰了，就夠他們吃嗎？或是把海裡所有的魚都給他們聚了來，就夠他們吃嗎？」

民11:22（CLV）就是把所有牛羊都宰了，把海裡的魚全都網來，恐怕也不夠他們吃呢！」

Numbers 11:22（KJV）Shall the flocks and the herds be slain for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to suffice them?

Numbers 11:22（NIV）Would they have enough if flocks and herds were slaughtered for them? Would they have enough if all the fish in the sea were caught for them?"

民11:23（UCV）耶和華對摩西說：「耶和華的膀臂豈是縮短了嗎？現在要看我的話向你應驗不應驗。」

民11:23（NCV）耶和華對摩西說：「耶和華的手臂縮短了嗎﹖現在你要看看我的話應驗不應驗。」

民11:23（CLV）主對他說：「難道我的大能是有限的嗎？你很快就會看見我的話應驗了！」

Numbers 11:23（KJV）And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD's hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.

Numbers 11:23（NIV）The LORD answered Moses, "Is the LORD'S arm too short? You will now see whether or not what I say will come true for you."

民11:24（UCV）摩西出去將耶和華的話告訴百姓，又招聚百姓的長老中七十個人來，使他們站在會幕的四圍。

民11:24（NCV）於是摩西出來，把耶和華的話告訴人民，又從民間的長老中召聚了七十個人來，使他們站在會幕的周圍。

Numbers 11:24（KJV）And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle.

Numbers 11:24（NIV） So Moses went out and told the people what the LORD had said. He brought together seventy of their elders and had them stand around the Tent.

民11:25（UCV）耶和華在雲中降臨，對摩西說話，把降與他身上的靈分賜那七十個長老，靈停在他們身上的時候，他們就受感說話，以後卻沒有再說。

民11:25（NCV）耶和華在雲中降臨，對摩西說話，把摩西身上的靈，分給那七十個長老；靈停在他們身上的時候，他們就說預言，以後卻沒有再說。

Numbers 11:25（KJV） And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

Numbers 11:25（NIV） Then the LORD came down in the cloud and spoke with him, and he took of the Spirit that was on him and put the Spirit on the seventy elders. When the Spirit rested on them, they prophesied, but they did not do so again.

民11:26（UCV）【兩長老說預言】但有兩個人仍在營裏，一個名叫伊利達，一個名叫米達。他們本是在那些被錄的人中，卻沒有到會幕那裏去。靈停在他們身上，他們就在營裏說預言。

民11:26（NCV）那時還有兩個人留在營裡；一個名叫伊利達，一個名叫米達；靈也停在他們身上。他們原是在被錄取的人中，卻沒有到會幕那裡去；他們就在營裡說預言。

Numbers 11:26（KJV）But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp.

Numbers 11:26（NIV）However, two men, whose names were Eldad and Medad, had remained in the camp. They were listed among the elders, but did not go out to the Tent. Yet the Spirit also rested on them, and they prophesied in the camp.

民11:27（UCV）有個少年人跑來告訴摩西說：「伊利達、米達在營裏說預言。」

Numbers 11:27（KJV）And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp.

Numbers 11:27（NIV）A young man ran and told Moses, "Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp."

民11:28（UCV）摩西的幫手，嫩的兒子約書亞，就是摩西所揀選的一個人，說：「請我主摩西禁止他們。」

民11:28（NCV）摩西的侍從，嫩的兒子約書亞，就是摩西所揀選的，回答說：「我主，摩西，請你制止他們。」

民11:28（CLV）摩西揀選的助手嫩的兒子約書亞聽見了，就說：「我的主人摩西啊！請你禁止他們吧！」

Numbers 11:28（KJV）And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.

Numbers 11:28（NIV）Joshua son of Nun, who had been Moses' aide since youth, spoke up and said, "Moses, my lord, stop them!"

民11:29（UCV）摩西對他說：「你為我的緣故嫉妒人嗎？惟願耶和華的百姓都受感說話，願耶和華把祂的靈降在他們身上。」

民11:29（NCV）摩西對他說：「你為我的緣故嫉妒嗎﹖但願耶和華的人民都是先知，但願耶和華把他的靈降在他們身上。」

民11:29（CLV）摩西說：「為了我，你就妒忌別人能說預言嗎？我真希望主的子民都成為先知，我真願意主把祂的靈也降在他們身上啊！」

Numbers 11:29（KJV）And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD's people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!

Numbers 11:29（NIV）But Moses replied, "Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the LORD'S people were prophets and that the LORD would put his Spirit on them!"

Numbers 11:31（KJV）And there went forth a wind from the LORD, and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, as it were a day's journey on this side, and as it were a day's journey on the other side, round about the camp, and as it were two cubits high upon the face of the earth.

Numbers 11:31（NIV）Now a wind went out from the LORD and drove quail in from the sea. It brought them down all around the camp to about three feet above the ground, as far as a day's walk in any direction.

民11:32（UCV）百姓起來，終日終夜，並次日一整天，捕取鵪鶉，至少的也取了十賀梅珥，為自己擺列在營的四圍。

Numbers 11:32（KJV）And the people stood up all that day, and all that night, and all the next day, and they gathered the quails: he that gathered least gathered ten homers: and they spread them all abroad for themselves round about the camp.

Numbers 11:32（NIV）All that day and night and all the next day the people went out and gathered quail. No one gathered less than ten homers. Then they spread them out all around the camp.

Numbers 11:33（KJV）And while the flesh was yet between their teeth, ere it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was kindled against the people, and the LORD smote the people with a very great plague.

Numbers 11:33（NIV）But while the meat was still between their teeth and before it could be consumed, the anger of the LORD burned against the people, and he struck them with a severe plague.

民11:34（UCV）那地方便叫作基博羅哈他瓦〔就是『貪慾之人的墳墓』〕，因為他們在那裏葬理那起貪慾之心的人。

Numbers 11:34（KJV）And he called the name of that place Kibrothhattaavah: because there they buried the people that lusted.

Numbers 11:35（KJV）And the people journeyed from Kibrothhattaavah unto Hazeroth; and abode at Hazeroth.
