約1:23（UCV）他說：「我就是那在曠野有人聲喊著說：『修直主的道路。』正如先知以賽亞所說的。」

John 1:23（KJV）He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.

John 1:33（NIV）I would not have known him, except that the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, 'The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is he who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.'

John 1:38（NIV）Turning around, Jesus saw them following and asked, "What do you want?" They said, "Rabbi" （which means Teacher）, "where are you staying?"

約1:39（UCV）耶穌說：「你們來看。」他們就去看祂在那裏住，這一天便與祂同住；那時約有申正了。

約1:45（CLV）腓力接著又去找拿但業，對他說：「摩西和其他先知所預言的那一位，我們找到了！祂叫耶穌，是約瑟的兒子，從拿撒勒鎮來的。」

John 1:45（KJV）Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.

John 1:45（NIV）Philip found Nathanael and told him, "We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote--Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph."

John 1:46（KJV）And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.

John 1:46（NIV）"Nazareth! Can anything good come from there?" Nathanael asked. "Come and see," said Philip.

John 1:47（KJV）Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him,Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!

John 1:48（KJV）Nathanael saith unto him, Whence knowest thou me? Jesus answered and said unto him, Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee.

John 1:48（NIV）"How do you know me?" Nathanael asked. Jesus answered, "I saw you while you were still under the fig tree before Philip called you."

John 1:49（KJV）Nathanael answered and saith unto him, Rabbi, thou art the Son of God; thou art the King of Israel.

John 1:49（NIV）Then Nathanael declared, "Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the King of Israel."

John 1:50（KJV）Jesus answered and said unto him, Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, believest thou? thou shalt see greater things than these.

John 1:50（NIV）Jesus said, "You believe because I told you I saw you under the fig tree. You shall see greater things than that."

約1:51（UCV）又說：「我實實在在的告訴你們，你們將要看見天開了，　神的使者上去下來在人子身上。」

約1:51（NCV）又對他說： 「我實實在在告訴你們，你們要看見天開了，　神的眾使者在人子的身上，上去下來。」

約1:51（CLV）你們會看見天門敞開，上帝的使者在我身上上去下來。」
