John 4:9（NIV）The Samaritan woman said to him, "You are a Jew and I am a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for a drink?" （For Jews do not associate with Samaritans.）

約4:10（UCV）耶穌回答說：「你若知道　神的恩賜，和對你說『給我水喝』的是誰，你必早求祂，祂也必早給了你活水。」

約4:19（UCV）婦人說：「先生，我看出你是先知。

John 4:19（KJV）The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.

約4:21（UCV）【須用心靈誠實拜父】耶穌說：「婦人，你當信我，時候將到，你們拜父，也不在這山上，也不在耶路撒冷。

John 4:21（KJV）Jesus saith unto her,Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.

John 4:23（KJV）But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

John 4:23（NIV）Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.

約4:39（NCV）因著那婦人作見證的話：「他把我所作的一切都說出來了」，那城裏就有許多撒馬利亞人信了耶穌。

John 4:42（KJV）And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.

John 4:42（NIV）They said to the woman, "We no longer believe just because of what you said; now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of the world."

約4:44（UCV）因為耶穌自己作過見證說：「先知在本地是沒有人尊敬的。」

John 4:44（KJV）For Jesus himself testified, thata prophet hath no honour in his own country.

約4:45（UCV）到了加利利，加利利人既然看見祂在耶路撒冷過節所行的一切事，就接待祂，因為他們也是上去過節。

約4:45（NCV）耶穌到了加利利的時候，加利利人都歡迎祂，因為他們曾經上耶路撒冷去過節，見過祂所行的一切。

約4:45（CLV）可是這次祂回到加利利的時候，當地的人卻歡迎祂，因為在耶路撒冷過節時，他們看見耶穌所行的神蹟。

John 4:45（KJV）Then when he was come into Galilee, the Galilaeans received him, having seen all the things that he did at Jerusalem at the feast: for they also went unto the feast.

John 4:45（NIV）When he arrived in Galilee, the Galileans welcomed him. They had seen all that he had done in Jerusalem at the Passover Feast, for they also had been there.

John 4:46（KJV）So Jesus came again into Cana of Galilee, where he made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at Capernaum.

John 4:46（NIV）Once more he visited Cana in Galilee, where he had turned the water into wine. And there was a certain royal official whose son lay sick at Capernaum.

John 4:48（KJV）Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.

John 4:48（NIV）"Unless you people see miraculous signs and wonders," Jesus told him, "you will never believe."

約4:49（UCV）那大臣說：「先生，求你趁著我的孩子還沒有死，就下去。」

約4:49（CLV）「先生，我的兒子快要死了，求你趕快去救他吧！」大臣迫切地懇求。

John 4:49（KJV）The nobleman saith unto him, Sir, come down ere my child die.

John 4:49（NIV）The royal official said, "Sir, come down before my child dies."

約4:50（UCV）耶穌對他說：「回去吧！你的兒子活了。」那人信耶穌所說的話，就回去了。

約4:50（NCV）耶穌告訴他：「回去吧！你的兒子好了。」那人信耶穌對他說的話，就回去了。

約4:50（CLV）「回去吧，你的孩子現在好了。」他因相信耶穌的話，就趕回家去了，

John 4:50（KJV）Jesus saith unto him,Go thy way; thy son liveth. And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way.

John 4:50（NIV）Jesus replied,"You may go. Your son will live." The man took Jesus at his word and departed.

約4:51（UCV）正下去的時候，他的僕人迎見他，說他的兒子活了。

John 4:51（KJV）And as he was now going down, his servants met him, and told him, saying, Thy son liveth.

約4:52（UCV）他就問甚麼時候見好的。他們說：「昨日未時熱就退了。」

約4:52（NCV）他就向僕人查問孩子是甚麼時候好轉的。他們告訴他：「昨日下午一點鐘，熱就退了。」

約4:52（CLV）「是在甚麼時候？」「昨天下午一點鐘，熱就退了。」

John 4:52（KJV）Then enquired he of them the hour when he began to amend. And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.

John 4:52（NIV）When he inquired as to the time when his son got better, they said to him, "The fever left him yesterday at the seventh hour."

約4:53（UCV）他便知道這正是耶穌對他說『你兒子活了』的時候；他自己和全家就都信了。

約4:53（NCV）這父親就知道，那正是耶穌告訴他「你的兒子好了」的時候，他自己和全家就信了。

大臣想起那正是耶穌對他說話的時候。從此他全家都信了耶穌。

John 4:53（KJV）So the father knew that it was at the same hour, in the which Jesus said unto him, Thy son liveth: and himself believed, and his whole house.

John 4:53（NIV）Then the father realized that this was the exact time at which Jesus had said to him, "Your son will live." So he and all his household believed.
