彼前4:1（UCV）【不可從人的情慾只從　神的旨意】基督既在肉身受苦，你們也當將這樣的心志作為兵器，因為在肉身受過苦的，就已經與罪斷絕了。

彼前4:1（NCV）【要有受苦的心志】基督既然在肉身受過苦，你們也應當以同樣的心志裝備自己（因為在肉身受過苦的，就已經與罪斷絕了），

彼前4:1（CLV）既然基督在肉身上曾為你們受苦，你們也要配備這種忍受苦楚的精神當作兵器；因為那在肉身上受苦的人，他與罪就沒有甚麼關係了。

1_Peter 4:1（KJV）Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;

1_Peter 4:1（NIV）【Living for God】Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because he who has suffered in his body is done with sin.

彼前4:2（UCV）你們存這樣的心，從今以後，就可以不從人的情慾，只從　神的旨意在世度餘下的光陰。

彼前4:2（NCV）好叫你們不再隨從人的私慾，只順從　神的旨意，在世上度餘下的光陰。

1_Peter 4:2（KJV）That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

彼前4:3（UCV）因為往日隨從外邦人的心意行邪淫、惡慾、醉酒、荒宴、群飲，並可惡拜偶像的事，時候已經夠了。

彼前4:3（NCV）因為你們過去隨從教外人的心意，行邪淫、私慾、醉酒、荒宴、狂飲，和可憎拜偶像的事，時候已經夠了。

彼前4:3（CLV）以前你們已經花了不少時光，跟不信的人一樣行邪淫，縱慾醉酒，荒宴狂飲，還拜那可憎的假神。

1_Peter 4:3（KJV）For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:

1_Peter 4:3（NIV）For you have spent enough time in the past doing what pagans choose to do（NIV）living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, orgies, carousing and detestable idolatry.

1_Peter 4:4（KJV）Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:

1_Peter 4:4（NIV）They think it strange that you do not plunge with them into the same flood of dissipation, and they heap abuse on you.

彼前4:5（UCV）他們必在那將要審判活人死人的主面前交賬。

1_Peter 4:12（KJV）Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

1_Peter 4:12（NIV）【Suffering for Being a Christian】Dear friends, do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering, as though something strange were happening to you.

彼前4:13（UCV）倒要歡喜。因為你們是與基督一同受苦，使你們在他榮耀顯現的時候，也可以歡喜快樂。

彼前4:13（NCV）倒要歡喜，因為你們既然在基督的受苦上有分，就在他榮耀顯現的時候，可以歡喜快樂。

1_Peter 4:16（KJV）Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.

1_Peter 4:16（NIV）However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name.

彼前4:17（UCV）因為時候到了，審判要從　神的家起首。若是先從我們起首，那不信從　神福音的人將有何等的結局呢？

彼前4:17（NCV）因為審判從　神的家開始，就在這時候了。如果先從我們起頭，那不信從　神福音的人，結局將要怎樣呢﹖

彼前4:17（CLV）審判的時候已經到了，這審判要先從上帝的兒女開始。我們基督徒尚且要受審判，何況那些不信從上帝福音的人？他們的結局會怎麼樣呢？

1_Peter 4:17（KJV）For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

1_Peter 4:17（NIV）For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?

彼前4:18（UCV）『若是義人僅僅得救，那不虔敬和犯罪的人，將有何地可站呢？』

彼前4:18（NCV）「如果義人僅僅得救，不敬虔和犯罪的人，又會變成怎樣呢？」

彼前4:18（CLV）如果義人得救都是那麼不容易，惡人和罪人還有甚麼機會呢？

1_Peter 4:18（KJV） And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

1_Peter 4:18（NIV）And, "If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?"

彼前4:19（UCV）所以，那照　神旨意受苦的人要一心為善，將自己靈魂交與那信實的造化之主。

彼前4:19（NCV）所以那順著　神的旨意而受苦的人，要繼續地行善，把自己的生命交託那信實的創造者。

彼前4:19（CLV）所以，照上帝旨意而受苦的人，要繼續專心行善，將自己的靈魂交託給那位信實的造物主。

1_Peter 4:19（KJV）Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

1_Peter 4:19（NIV）So then, those who suffer according to God's will should commit themselves to their faithful Creator and continue to do good.
