彼後3:1（UCV）【好譏誚的並他們的結局】親愛的弟兄啊！我現在寫給你們的是第二封信。這兩封都是題醒你們，激發你們誠實的心，

彼後3:1（NCV）【必有人不信主再來的應許】親愛的，我現在寫給你們的是第二封信。在這兩封信中，我都用提醒的話來激發你們真誠的心，

彼後3:1（CLV）親愛的弟兄姊妹們，我現在寫給你們的是第二封信了。這兩封信都是用來提醒你們，激發你們摯誠的心，

2_Peter 3:1（KJV）This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:

2_Peter 3:1（NIV）【The Day of the Lord】 Dear friends, this is now my second letter to you. I have written both of them as reminders to stimulate you to wholesome thinking.

彼後3:2（UCV）叫你們記念聖先知預先所說的話，和主救主的命令，就是使徒所傳給你們的。

彼後3:2（NCV）叫你們記念聖先知說過的話，和主救主藉著使徒傳給你們的誡命。

彼後3:2（CLV）好使你們不忘記先知們所說的預言和使徒們傳給你們救主的誡命。

2_Peter 3:2（KJV）That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:

2_Peter 3:2（NIV）I want you to recall the words spoken in the past by the holy prophets and the command given by our Lord and Savior through your apostles.

彼後3:3（UCV）第一要緊的，該知道在末世必有好譏誚的人，隨從自己的私慾出來譏誚說：

彼後3:3（NCV）最重要的，你們應當知道：在末後的日子，必定有好譏笑的人出來，隨著自己的私慾譏笑說：

彼後3:3（CLV）首先，你們要知道在末世的時候，必有一些好譏誚的人出現，隨著私慾嘲諷說：

2_Peter 3:3（KJV）Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

2_Peter 3:3（NIV）First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires.

彼後3:4（UCV）「主要降臨的應許在那裏呢？因為從列祖睡了以來，萬物與起初創造的時候仍是一樣。」

彼後3:4（NCV）「他要降臨的應許在哪裡呢？因為自從列祖睡了以來，萬物依然存在，與起初創造的時候一樣。」

彼後3:4（CLV）「嘿！主降臨的應許在哪裡？從我們的祖先長眠不起直到現在，一切依舊，與創世之初毫無分別，主來的跡象一點也沒有。」

2_Peter 3:4（KJV）And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

2_Peter 3:4（NIV）They will say, "Where is this 'coming' he promised? Ever since our fathers died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation."

彼後3:5（UCV）他們故意忘記，從太古憑　神的命有了天，並從水而出藉水而成的地。

彼後3:5（NCV）他們故意忘記這事：在太古的時候，因著　神的話，就有了天，和從水而出、藉水而成的地。

彼後3:5（CLV）他們似乎是故意忘記了：在太初上帝憑著自己的話創造了天，和藉著水而成並用水圍繞的地。

2_Peter 3:5（KJV）For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

2_Peter 3:5（NIV）But they deliberately forget that long ago by God's word the heavens existed and the earth was formed out of water and by water.

彼後3:6（UCV）故此，當時的世界被水淹沒就消滅了。

彼後3:6（NCV）當時的世界，因被水淹沒而消滅了。

彼後3:6（CLV）當時的那個世界，早已為洪水所淹沒；

2_Peter 3:6（KJV）Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:

2_Peter 3:6（NIV）By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed.

彼後3:7（UCV）但現在的天地還是憑著那命存留，直留到不敬虔之人受審判遭沉淪的日子，用火焚燒。

彼後3:7（NCV）但現在的天地，還是因著同樣的話可以存留，直到不敬虔的人受審判和遭滅亡的日子，用火焚燒。

彼後3:7（CLV）而現在的天地，是憑著上帝的話才得以保存的，並且一直要存留到大審判之日，惡人滅亡之時；那時天地就要被火焚燒淨盡。

2_Peter 3:7（KJV）But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

2_Peter 3:7（NIV）By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.

彼後3:8（UCV）【主再來的日子】親愛的弟兄啊！有一件事你們不可忘記，就是主看一日如千年，千年如一日。

彼後3:8（NCV）【主必再來】親愛的，這一件事你們不可忘記：在主看來，一日如千年，千年如一日。

彼後3:8（CLV）親愛的弟兄姊妹啊，有一件事你們不可忽略，就是在主看來：一日如千年，千年如一日。

2_Peter 3:8（KJV）But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

2_Peter 3:8（NIV） But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.

彼後3:9（UCV）主所應許的尚末成就，有人以為他是耽延，其實不是耽延，乃是寬容你們，不願有一人沉淪，乃願人人都悔改。

彼後3:9（NCV）主決不耽延他的應許，像有些人以為他是耽延的一樣；其實他是寬容你們，不願有一人滅亡，卻願人人都悔改。

彼後3:9（CLV）上帝的應許還未實現。有人就以為祂拖延，其實祂是在寬容我們，祂不希望任何人滅亡，但願人人都悔改。

2_Peter 3:9（KJV）The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

2_Peter 3:9（NIV）The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

彼後3:10（UCV）但主的日子要像賊來到一樣。那日，天必大有響聲廢去，有形質的都要被烈火銷化，地和其上的物都要燒盡了。

彼後3:10（NCV）但主的日子必要像賊一樣來到。在那日，天必轟然一聲地消失，所有元素都因烈火而融化；地和地上所有的，都要被燒毀。

彼後3:10（CLV）不過，主再來的日子要像賊一樣猝然來的。那日，天會在一聲巨響中消失，有形有質的都要被烈火焚化。大地和其中所有的也要被焚毀。

2_Peter 3:10（KJV）But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

2_Peter 3:10（NIV）But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare.

彼後3:11（UCV）這一切既然都要如此銷化，你們為人該當怎樣聖潔、怎樣敬虔，

彼後3:11（NCV）這一切既然都要這樣融化，你們應當怎樣為人，過著聖潔和敬虔的生活，

彼後3:11（CLV）既然這一切都要焚化，你們就應當知道該怎樣虔誠聖潔地過日子，

2_Peter 3:11（KJV）Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

2_Peter 3:11（NIV）Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives

彼後3:12（UCV）切切仰望　神的日子來到。在那日，天被火燒就銷化了，有形質的都要被烈火鎔化。

彼後3:12（NCV）等候並催促　神的日子降臨呢？因為在那日，天要被火焚燒就融化了，所有元素都因烈火而融解！

彼後3:12（CLV）該如何思慕盼望上帝來臨的日子。論到那日，天要被火焚毀，有形有質的都要被烈火熔化；

2_Peter 3:12（KJV）Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

2_Peter 3:12（NIV）as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat.

彼後3:13（UCV）但我們照他的應許，盼望新天新地，有義居在其中。

彼後3:13（NCV）但是我們按照他所應許的，等候新天新地，有公義在那裡居住。

彼後3:13（CLV）但我們卻可以照著上帝的應許，等待一個只有上帝的義存在其中的『新天新地』。

2_Peter 3:13（KJV）Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

2_Peter 3:13（NIV）But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, the home of righteousness.

彼後3:14（UCV）【要在主的恩典和知識上有長進】親愛的弟兄啊！你們既盼望這些事，就當殷勤，使自己沒有玷污，無可指摘，安然見主。

彼後3:14（NCV）【要在主的恩典和知識上長進】所以，親愛的，你們既然等候這些事，就當殷勤努力，使你們沒有污點，沒有瑕疵，安然見主。

彼後3:14（CLV）所以，親愛的弟兄姊妹們，你們既然有這樣的盼望等待這些事，就應該殷勤努力，不讓自己受到玷污，使自己做到無可指摘的地步，那麼就可以心安理得地去見主了。

2_Peter 3:14（KJV）Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

2_Peter 3:14（NIV） So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him.

彼後3:15（UCV）並且要以我主長久忍耐為得救的因由，就如我們所親愛的兄弟保羅，照著所賜給他的智慧寫了信給你們。

彼後3:15（NCV）並且要以我們的主恆久忍耐為給人得救的機會，就如我們所親愛的弟兄保羅，按照所賜給他的智慧，寫給你們的一樣；

彼後3:15（CLV）你們該曉得耶穌長久的容忍，正是我們可以得救的理由；我們親愛的弟兄保羅，他也曾按著上帝賜他的智慧寫信給你們，

2_Peter 3:15（KJV）And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;

2_Peter 3:15（NIV）Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him.

彼後3:16（UCV）他一切的信上也都是講論這事。信中有些難明白的，那無學問、不堅固的人強解，如強解別的經書一樣，就自取沉淪。

彼後3:16（NCV）他在一切書信上，都講論這些事。在這些書信中，有些難明白的地方，那不學無術和不穩定的人加以曲解，好像曲解別的經書一樣，就自取滅亡。

彼後3:16（CLV）談過這些事；可惜其中有些難懂的地方，被一些不學無術和在真道上不穩定的人曲解了，就好像他們曲解了其他經文一樣，真是自取滅亡。

2_Peter 3:16（KJV）As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

2_Peter 3:16（NIV）He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.

彼後3:17（UCV）親愛的弟兄啊！你們既然預先知道這事，就當防備，恐怕被惡人的錯謬誘惑，就從自己堅固的地步上墜落。

彼後3:17（NCV）所以，親愛的，你們既然預先知道了，就要謹慎，免得受惡人的錯謬引導，就從自己堅固的地步上墜落。

彼後3:17（CLV）親愛的弟兄姊妹啊，你們既然預先知道了這些事，就應該及早提防，不要讓這些沒有原則的人用錯謬的理論引誘了你們，使自己原本堅固的立場也動搖起來，以至墮落。

2_Peter 3:17（KJV）Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.

2_Peter 3:17（NIV）Therefore, dear friends, since you already know this, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of lawless men and fall from your secure position.

彼後3:18（UCV）你們卻要在我們主救主耶穌基督的恩典，和知識上有長進。願榮耀歸給他，從今直到永遠。阿們！

彼後3:18（NCV）你們卻要在我們的主、救主耶穌基督的恩典和知識上長進。願榮耀歸給他，從現在直到永遠。阿們。

彼後3:18（CLV）你們必須在我們救主耶穌基督的恩典和知識上長進。願榮耀歸給主，從現在直到永遠，誠心所願。

2_Peter 3:18（KJV） But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
