啟17:1（UCV）【大淫婦的刑罰】拿著七碗的七位天使中，有一位前來對我說：「你到這裏來，我將坐在眾水上的大淫婦所要受的刑罰指給你看。

啟17:1（NCV）【騎著獸的大淫婦】拿著七碗的七位天使中，有一位來跟我講話，說：「你來，我要把那坐在眾水之上的大淫婦所要受的審判指示你。

啟17:1（CLV）翻碗降災的七位天使之中，有一位前來對我說：「你過來！我要讓你看那坐在世界眾水之上的大淫婦將要遭受的刑罰。

Rev 17:1（KJV）And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:

Rev 17:1（NIV）【The Woman on the Beast】One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, who sits on many waters.

啟17:2（UCV）地上的君王與她行淫，住在地上的人喝醉了她淫亂的酒。」

啟17:2（NCV）地上的眾王都跟她行過淫，住在地上的人也都喝她淫亂的酒醉了。」

啟17:2（CLV）她犯了和地上的君王縱慾荒淫的罪，而地上其他的人，也因喝了她淫亂的酒酩酊大醉。」

Rev 17:2（KJV）With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

Rev 17:2（NIV）With her the kings of the earth committed adultery and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries."

啟17:3（UCV）我被聖靈感動，天使帶我到曠野去，我就看見一個女人騎在朱紅色的獸上，那獸有七頭十角，遍體有褻瀆的名號。

啟17:3（NCV）我在靈裡被天使帶到曠野去，看見一個婦人，騎著朱紅色的獸，這獸布滿了褻瀆的名號，有七頭十角。

啟17:3（CLV）那時，我身在靈境中，被天使帶到荒野去。我在那裡見到一個婦人，騎著一隻朱紅色的怪獸。怪獸有七頭十角，身上塗滿了褻瀆上帝的名號。

Rev 17:3（KJV）So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

Rev 17:3（NIV）Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a desert. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.

啟17:4（UCV）那女人穿著紫色，和朱紅色的衣服，用金子、寶石、珍珠為妝飾，手拿金杯，杯中盛滿了可憎之物，就是她淫亂的污穢。

啟17:4（NCV）那婦女穿著紫色，和朱紅色的衣服，佩戴著金子、寶石，和珍珠的妝飾，手裡拿著金杯，盛滿了可憎的物，和她淫亂的污穢。

啟17:4（CLV）那婦人身穿紫色襯朱紅色的袍子，用黃金、寶石及珍珠裝扮得珠光寶氣。她手中拿著金杯，裡面盛滿了可憎的東西，就是她行邪淫的污穢；

Rev 17:4（KJV）And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

Rev 17:4（NIV）The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries.

啟17:5（UCV）在她額上有名寫著說：「奧祕哉！大巴比倫，作世上的淫婦和一切可憎之物的母。

啟17:5（NCV）她額上寫著一個名號：「奧祕，大巴比倫，地上的淫婦和可憎的物之母。」

啟17:5（CLV）額上還寫了一個神秘的名號：「大巴比倫（KJV）地上淫婦及可憎事物之母」。

Rev 17:5（KJV）And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

Rev 17:5（NIV）This title was written on her forehead: MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

啟17:6（UCV）我又看見那女人喝醉了聖徒的血，和為耶穌作見證之人的血。我看見她，就大大的希奇。

啟17:6（NCV）我又看見那婦人喝聖徒的血，和那為耶穌作見證的人的血，喝醉了。我看見了她，就大大驚奇。

啟17:6（CLV）我又見她因喝了為耶穌殉道者所流的血，喝得大醉。我一看見她，就非常驚異。

Rev 17:6（KJV）And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

Rev 17:6（NIV）I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus. When I saw her, I was greatly astonished.

啟17:7（UCV）【解明女人和所騎之獸的奧祕】天使對我說：「你為甚麼希奇呢？我要將這女人，和馱著他的那七頭十角獸的奧秘告訴你。

啟17:7（NCV）天使對我說：「你為甚麼驚奇呢﹖我要將這婦人的奧祕，和馱著她的那七頭十角的獸的奧秘告訴你。

啟17:7（CLV）天使對我說：「你為甚麼這樣驚奇呢？我要將這婦人和她騎著七頭十角的怪獸的奧秘告訴你。

Rev 17:7（KJV）And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.

Rev 17:7（NIV）Then the angel said to me: "Why are you astonished? I will explain to you the mystery of the woman and of the beast she rides, which has the seven heads and ten horns.

啟17:8（UCV）你所看見的獸，先前有，如今沒有，將要從無底坑裏上來，又要歸於沉淪。凡住在地上、名字從創世以來沒有記在生命冊上的，見先前有，如今沒有、以後再有的獸，就必希奇。

啟17:8（NCV）你所看見的那獸，先前在、現今不在、將來要從無底坑上來，然後走向滅亡。住在世上的人，凡是名字在創世以來沒有記在生命冊上的，看見先了那先在、現在不在、將來還要出現的獸，就都要驚奇。

啟17:8（CLV）你所見的怪獸，以前曾經生存，現今雖然不在，將來卻要從無底坑裡復出，然後走向滅亡。自創世以來一切活在世上，在生命冊上沒記名的人，都因見到這隻從前活著，現在不見了，將來又會再出現的怪獸而感到驚訝。

Rev 17:8（KJV）The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

Rev 17:8（NIV）The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and will come up out of the Abyss and go to his destruction. The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beast, because he once was, now is not, and yet will come.

啟17:9（UCV）智慧的心在此可以思想。那七頭就是女人所坐的七座山，

啟17:9（NCV）在這裡需要有智慧的心。七頭就是那婦人所坐的七座山，

啟17:9（CLV）在這裡，讀者要運用一點心思和智慧：牠的七個頭，象徵著七座山，即是那淫婦坐鎮的地方；

Rev 17:9（KJV）And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.

Rev 17:9（NIV）"This calls for a mind with wisdom. The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits.

啟17:10（UCV）又是七位王；五位已經傾倒了，一位還在，一位還沒有來到；他來的時候，必須暫時存留。

啟17:10（NCV）也就是七位王：五位已經倒了，一位還在，另一位還沒有來到；他來的時候，必須存留一會兒。

啟17:10（CLV）又象徵著七個王：其中有五個已經沒落了，一個仍然在位，另外一個則還未來到。他來時將會停留一個短暫的時期。

Rev 17:10（KJV）And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

Rev 17:10（NIV）They are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; but when he does come, he must remain for a little while.

啟17:11（UCV）那先前有如今沒有的獸，就是第八位；他也和那七位同列，並且歸於沉淪。

啟17:11（NCV）那先前在、現今不在的獸，就是第八位。他也是出於那七位中的一位的，並且正在走向滅亡。

啟17:11（CLV）那朱紅色的怪獸本是七個王之一，現時雖然沒落，但他將會再次得勢而成為第八個王，之後便會滅亡。

Rev 17:11（KJV）And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

Rev 17:11（NIV）The beast who once was, and now is not, is an eighth king. He belongs to the seven and is going to his destruction.

啟17:12（UCV）你所看見的那十角就是十王，他們還沒有得國，但他們一時之間要和獸同得權柄，與王一樣。

啟17:12（NCV）你看見的那十角，就是十王，他們還沒有取得王權；但要跟獸一同得著權柄，作王一個時期。

啟17:12（CLV）至於你所見的那十個角，乃是象徵另外十個還沒有得勢的王。他們將要取得王權，和那怪獸一同統治一個短暫的時期。

Rev 17:12（KJV）And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

Rev 17:12（NIV）"The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast.

啟17:13（UCV）他們同心合意將自已的能力權柄給那獸。

啟17:13（NCV）他們同心合意，把自已的權力權柄交給那獸。

啟17:13（CLV）他們要一同約定，把自己所有的能力和權柄交給那怪獸運用。

Rev 17:13（KJV）These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

Rev 17:13（NIV）They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast.

啟17:14（UCV）【羔羊得勝】他們與羔羊爭戰，羔羊必勝過他們，因為羔羊是萬主之主、萬王之王；同著羔羊的，就是蒙召、被選、有忠心的，也必得勝。」

啟17:14（NCV）他們要跟羊羔作戰，羊羔必勝過他們，因為他是萬主之主，萬王之王。那些與羊羔同在、蒙召、被選、有忠心的，也必勝過他們。」

啟17:14（CLV）他們將要與羔羊交戰，但勝利必屬於那萬主之主、萬王之王的羔羊和祂所選召有忠心的人。

Rev 17:14（KJV）These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

Rev 17:14（NIV）They will make war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will overcome them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings--and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers."

啟17:15（UCV）天使又對我說：「你所看見那淫婦坐的眾水，就是多民、多人、多國、多方。

啟17:15（NCV）天使又對我說：「你所看見那淫婦坐著的眾水，就是多種民族、群眾、邦國，方言的人。

啟17:15（CLV）淫婦坐著的眾水，象徵從各方各國而來，說各種方言的眾多人群。

Rev 17:15（KJV）And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

Rev 17:15（NIV）Then the angel said to me, "The waters you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages.

啟17:16（UCV）你所看見的那十角與獸必恨這淫婦，使她冷落赤身，又要吃她的肉，用火將她燒盡。

啟17:16（NCV）你看見的十角，和那獸，都要恨那淫婦，使她荒落赤身，又要吃她的肉，用火將她燒掉。

啟17:16（CLV）怪獸和牠頭上的十角將會恨透那淫婦，並將聯同掠奪她的一切，使她身無寸縷，景況淒涼；又要吃她的肉，最後將她焚燒淨盡！

Rev 17:16（KJV）And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

Rev 17:16（NIV）The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire.

啟17:17（UCV）因為　神使諸王同心合意，遵行他的旨意，把自已的國給那獸，直等到　神的話都應驗了。

啟17:17（NCV）　神要眾王行他的旨意，就把意念放在他們心中，叫他們同心把自已的國獻給那獸，直到　神的話都實現為止。

啟17:17（CLV）因為上帝把這念頭放在他們心中，使他們配合祂的計劃行事，一心將政權交給那怪獸，實現祂所說的每一句話。

Rev 17:17（KJV）For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

Rev 17:17（NIV）For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish his purpose by agreeing to give the beast their power to rule, until God's words are fulfilled.

啟17:18（UCV）你所看見的那女人就是管轄地上眾王的大城。」

啟17:18（NCV）你看見的那婦人，就是有權統治地上的眾王的那座大城。」

啟17:18（CLV）你所看見的婦人，就是那掌管全球元首的大城。」

Rev 17:18（KJV）And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

Rev 17:18（NIV）The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth."
